Eurovision 2019 Day 6 Rehearsal Preview

Who’s ready for a bumper day of Eurovision 2019 rehearsals — and a first look at the automatic qualifiers? Day Six of rehearsals here in Tel Aviv sees the remaining Semi-Final One acts rehearse, followed by a handful of Semi-Final Two acts.

But the main appeal of the day could come later: with the six automatic qualifiers rehearsing for the first time. Will Italy’s Mahmood maintain his place as one of the favourites? Or could Israel, France, Spain, Germany or the United Kingdom shoot up the odds?

See the full details of all rehearsals, press conferences and meet & greet’s below!

I’m really looking forward to see Italy’s and France’s performance. And I’ve just heard two new versions of Soldi on Spotify: one is in english (Mahmood feat. Isac Elliot) and the other one is in spanish (Mahmood feat. Maikel Delacalle), jsyk. I have to say that I kinda like both of them XD

Italians are always making Spanish versions, are they not? I actually can sing both the Italian and the Spanish versions of some songs like Laura non c’e/ no esta by NEK or Grande Amore

haha really!? That’s great. Good 4 U! But in this case, Mahmood doesn’t sing in spanish. Yes, there are some italian artists, especially the famous ones, who sing both in italian and in spanish (I think the record labels just want to make more money, Soldi Soldi ClapClap, and enter a bigger market like the spanish/latin one).. I can name a few, like Laura Pausini, Alessandra Amoroso, Marco Mengoni, Riki, Baby K, Tiziano Ferro, Eros Ramazzotti, etc… Italian and spanish are very similar, so it is easy to learn it.

I look forward to see Italy, because I can’t imagine the staging…Mahmood said minimalist but with a big surprise, what could it be ? The car ? Dancers, as someone said ?
Besides, I’m worried because he’s not well in these days, hes under antibiotics as he said yesterday when he met Miki from Spain at Tel Aviv airport.
We’ll see, finger crossed

I can see some dancers, actually four, in the Italian delegation; are they going to recreate some of the video’s frames? Let’s see that.

We’ll have seen everyone once by the end of today?
Maybe the winner will be known by close of play?
