Get ready to Light(er) up the room, Europe! We’re delighted to bring you the news that Norway’s Kyle Alessandro will be performing his Eurovision 2025 entry “Lighter” at the London Eurovision Party 2025. The Norwegian will bring his impressive choreo and party vibes to the stage at Here At Outernet on April 13th!

We can’t to see what he does with his performance in London for all his fans in The UK and beyond!

Who is Kyle Alessandro?

Kyle Alessandro is a 20 year-old singer from Levanger, Norway. He won the Norwegian national selection Melodi Grand Prix this year with 307 points, way ahead of his competition in 2nd with 190 points. He got 12 points from all but one international juror, so a convincing win indeed! His entry is penned by himself, alongside Melodifestivalen alumni Adam Woods. It tells the story of overcoming heartbreak after a cold and unkind partner dimmed his shine, but it’s Ok y’all. He can be his own lighter, after all!

This wasn’t Kyle’s first time entering MGP, after being part of the band Umami Tsunami in 2023, with their entry “Geronimo”. This was a slick boyband effort, which still utilised Kyle’s genuinely charming stgage presence. They came last in the final on that occasion, but we’re glad to see this didn’t discourage Kyle. It must be kinda sweet to come back and win it all just 2 years later!

18 and representing his country at Eurovision. Fair play. I was off my t*ts in London at 18. Sigh.
