Albania chose its Eurovision entry back in December with their traditional contest Festivali i Kenges. The first country to reveal its Eurovision 2018 song, they’re sending Eugent Bushpepa to Lisbon with “Mall”.
In his interview with us at Eurovision in Concert, Eugent said he wrote his song while away for several months. “It’s about missing someone, I was abroad, I was touring a lot in that period and I missed my family better half, and as soon as I got home, one day I woke up with the feeling that I was abroad, so I needed to write it down.”
That message comes through loud and clear. “Iwant to keep silent this night lying on this bed,” he sings.
“where divine dreams heal every wound, to see her portrait, moments pass, seconds do not forgive, the hours follow but doesn’t stop the feeling, no..”

Although this version sounds ok, it’s not the official translation.
