This is my favorite selection of the year. We lost some good songs in both semis– some the performers weren’t great, and some might have just been a little too weird. My favorite is Breskvica, but the cultural politics around her song seem like such a minefield that I’m really uneasy about it. Next would be Dzordzi; not a contender probably, but what a punchy power pop song. And then Zorja and Hristina have great songs too.

Quiet few good songs in the final, it’s very exciting. Teya or Zorja would be my choice. But this girl Hristina is my biggest grower. Lena’s song is also beautiful but Im not sure it’s Eurovision material. The running order in the final is a mess tho. All heavy hitters are back to back. I cant wait Saturday

Konstrakta is amazing! She brings genuine artistic quality to ESC! Hope she wins in Serbian final!

Konstrakta had the same show as Corpore sano? I mean, what is that? Zero originality, and thia time, her song is weak… As a foreigner, I would vote for Breskvica or Zejna, but I think they’ll pick another flop, like they did last year…

I mean the song is literally about how the drive to always strive for newer better bigger is a problem. It’s a deliberate artistic choice

For me it’s really toeing the line between conceptual art and trolling, and on a certain level it’s even a little insulting to the other competitors in a field that I found very impressive.

Teya Dora for me, what an incredible performance. It would definitely stand out at Eurovision because we have so few ballads so far.

But would it stand out? To me, Zorja’s got a more immediate effect unlike Teya’s song. As a matter of fact, if we ignore the lyrics, Zorja’s by far more competitive (Teya’s song is still beautiful but we need something more interesting in the production of the song.)

It’s gonna be bloodbath between Zorja, Teya and Konstrakta, it’s crazy, and then there are Lena and Hristina who will do very well with jury.

Breskvica says Hi. The hype about her is very high and I predict she’ll win the televote.

Konstrakta was great. I prefer In Corpore Sano song over this one, but I’ll watch it until I’m obsessed with it 😀 anyways…what I have noticed is that Konstrakta and Let 3 have a similar approach … they both gave us kind of a season two. I don’t think that we ever saw that in esc until this year… and I like it. a lot. really nice example of how art can cross the usual settings

Serbia will have a solid final on Saturday, with several very credible entries either with huge jury and/or televote appeal for Eurovision. I’m looking forward to the outcome, my personal wish is they send Zorja but the competition is here.

Godstrakta qualified easily, although announced a bit early which makes me a bit suspicious that she may have not been voted as much by the public this time. Zejna also made it, which satisfies me.
