When it comes to Big Brother, few people are more “insider” than the evicted housemates themselves. So Wiwi was taking note when Sally Bercow—the first contestant booted from the house—revealed that her money is on Jedward to be the last housemates standing.
Bercow, the outspoken and saucy wife of Britain’s miniature-sized Speaker of the House of Commons John Bercow, shared her thoughts on Big Brother’s Bit on the Side—the first port of call for evicted housemates. “To be honest I thought I’d go in and find Jedward really annoying, but they are the most wonderful guys,” she told host Emma Willis. “They’re such fun, really creative. I think they’re going to win and rightly so.”
“Not once did they annoy me… they brought humour and they’re wonderful.”
The bookies think the public will agree with her. The latest odds show the boys locked in a tight race with former Atomic Kitten singer and ex-cocaine snorter Kerry Katona. A number of agencies, including Bet365 and Skybet, have Jedward leading at 7/4, and Kerry following close behind at 9/4. Boylesports have them in a deadlock, with both posting odds of 2/1.
