You might call Danny Saucedo a generous lover because he always comes second. First he lost to Eric Saade at Melodifestivalen 2011. Then Swedish voters named him runner-up in 2012. And so it is on WiwiBloggs.Com. Yesterday we posted about Loreen’s performance at Crown Princess Victoria’s birthday concert. Now we follow-up with always-the-bridesmaid but never the bride Danny Saucedo.

Performing for a future Queen (rather than a room rull of queens) forced Danny to ditch his white astronaut costume for a suit. As for the orange fake-n-bake tan, we can only assume he wanted to fill the princess’s 35th year with thoughts of sunshine. Danny elected to sing an acoustic version of his song “Amazing.” It was a brave decision. Although he does hold his tone for most of the song, there are occasional pitch problems. But we don’t mind. On the whole it lives up to its name.

I kind of like it. Prefer the original but this one is quite nice too.

Oh, BTW–don’t be so certain the tan is fake! He just vacationed in Florida and seemed to spend half the time shirtless. Although you’re right, it is rather Bjorange (remember Bjorn Ranelid and Mirakel? :)).

Dear E, i agree, i saw that, anyway, melodifestivalen doesn’t need every years Danny Saucedo Sweden deserves so much better, and have so much better.

He’s such a bad loser and a disgrace to my country. Hopefully, he won’t return to Melodifestivalen again. Well at least not 2013..

Sounds better, I almost liked it! But seriously Sweden would’ve been far away from the Top 10 with this at Eurovision.
