The first rehearsals for the first semi-final concluded earlier today, so it seems like a good time to check in our our poll for who will win the first semi-final.
Since the launch of the first semi-final-poll on March 20, we have counted a total of 17,217 votes. Since the last update on the 9th of April, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Sweden have claimed a stronger grip as the favourites in this semi. here’s what our readers are thinking…
Armenia’s Aram Mp3, who stated in his ‘meet and greet‘ that he was very happy with the first rehearsal in Copenhagen, is still in the lead. He is numero uno with a total of 5,203 votes, or almost 28 percent of all those. This is less then the 31.47% Armenia had in the last update, so they definitely need to stay focused.
Azerbaijan’s Dilara, who decided to take a trapeze-artist to the rehearsal, remains runner-up, with 19.05% of the votes (this indicates a total of 3,274 votes). Can Dilara maintain the second spot or will Sweden “Undo” second place?
At the moment, Sanna, who really ‘owned the stage‘ during her first rehearsal, is slowly but surely closing in. Sweden is the only contestant who saw her percentage increase in the poll since the 9th of April. Sanna has 1,582 votes now (9.21 %, against 8.87 % in the earlier update).
Moldova, Russia and Iceland are still sitting at the bottom of the poll. Iceland in particular is struggling to gain traction with our readers. Some of our Wiwibloggers were unimpressed after the first rehearsal. Perhaps this will change after the second rehearsal?

I do not understand at all … Sweden is sooo Celine Dion ten years ago … but with a much worse voice … let Sweden can not win with this only two gourmet dessert after Euphoria.
Aram mp3 ! Not alone – great song! sad soul, sings, shouts! crazy ….
Moldova will qualify for sure
Moldova will qualify
MOLDOVA WILL WIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Moldova will win the final. Very good dark song
12 p to Moldova from Italy
MOLDOVA WILL WIN !!!!!!!!!
I read here so primitive and agressive comments , Especially from Azerbaijan. We know that Azarbajan has political problems with Armenia . But Azarbajan you are not founded on borders of Karabax now! CALM DOWN! You are in Eurovision Musical Contest page! CALM DOWN
I LIke ,, NOt Alone ,,song ,, Beautiful lyrics , beautiful music . And talented singer!!! Aram Mp3 ,Good Luck!!!
Starting to get really annoyed with all the Azerbaijani and Armenian spammers, your crap isnt going to make us like your song anymore, it will just make us hate it. Azerbaijan has selected their worst entry since 2008, while Armenia have selected their best entry since 2008. Will it win? I dont know …but the spammers on this site are really making me wish that it doesnt
Latvia top 5???? LOL, Forget about this poll even though they got Sweden and Azerbaijan at the top
my favorites are Azerbaijan and Hungary <3

Dammmmn ! What the hell is Latvia doing in top 5
My prediction for the 1st semifinal:
1. Armenia
2. Sweden
3. Azerbaijan
4. Hungary
5. Russia (they always qualify, no matter if their song is good or not)
6. Moldova
7. Montenegro
8. Estonia
9. Ukraine
10. Belgium
Albania, Iceland, Portugal, San Marino, Latvia and The Netherlands will stay in the semi… This is my opinion.
But i want Iceland or The Netherlands instead of Russia!
ARMENIA-ARAM MP3

Sweden singer is OLD AND B|ITCH fuuuu !!!!
Armenia singer is STUPID AND UGLY yuck !!!!!
DILARA is BEAUTIFUL !!!! And she has a Angel voice !!!!!!
Oh how I love Montenegro’s song. The more I listen to it, the more I love it. It’s so gentle and so heart warming. Unfortunately, it has no chances of wining the ESC. I think it’s very underrated though.

@Brndn: My thoughts exactly on Albania. For one, they should have kept it Albanian, because it sounded so much better. For another, they should not have tweaked the music at all in an attempt to make it sound more “pop-friendly”. The video, I’m afraid, didn’t exactly help. That is why Hersi lost big points on my scorecard.
Just got finished evaluating the audio tracks and videos for the 3rd and final time. Here is how my scorecard ranks them: 1. Armenia (+1) 2. Hungary (-1) (yup; my scores have Aram and András barely switching places) 3. Sweden (even with official video, no change in position) 4. Azerbaijan 5. Montenegro 6. Belgium 7. San Marino 8. Estonia (+1) 9. Moldova (-1) (Tanja and Cristina switch places) 10. Iceland And the rest: 11. Netherlands 12. Ukraine 13. Russia (no change in position despite 2nd official video) 14. Albania 15. Portugal 16. Latvia Support for Ukraine is very high with… Read more »
Azerbaijan dilara pronunciation is poor, she needs towork on her englis so that people understand the lyrics. But her voice is nice her singing is excellent
I don’t like Sweden much. Its sanna voice l like not undo
I don’t get Armenia its so cold cant feel emotion remind me france 2011 .
Sweden is BY FAR the most overrated song this year. I’ve nothing against Sanna, who is clearly a good singer, but the song is so bland, vapid and unoriginal. Personally I wouldn’t put Sweden in the top ten of Semi Final One, let alone to three overall. If it’s a two horse race between Sweden and Armenia then I really hope it’s Yerevan 2015. With that said I think the results will be like this: 1. Sweden 2. Armenia (only because he’s first on, he will place better in the final) 3. Hungary 4. Azerbaijan 5. Ukraine 6. Russia 7.… Read more »
And maybe Iceland too (no, it’s not you Valentina lol)
I guess that Portugal will be a shocking qualifier, who knows…
Hope Albania does well
Sweden will win semi. 2 arm 3 hun 4 ukr 5 azer
The only obvious qualifiers I see are:
Sweden
Hungary
Armenia
Azerbaijan
Ukraine
Montenegro is way too underrated, San Marino’s rehearsal looked quite good and Latvia might qualify (It’s weird and silly, viewers love that.)
I think Albania, Portugal, Moldova, Estonia, San Marino en Latvia will stay in the semi… A shame, I like Estonia and Albania this year, but I like all the songs this year.
. Armenia
Azerbaijan
Sweden:
Hungary
Ukraine
Estonia
Portugal:
Belgium
Iceland
Albania
These will qualify in the final for sure.
