All aboard! This weekend wiwibloggs will join 2,000 of our closest friends on the Eurovision Cruise 2014 from Helsinki to Tallinn. Hosted by OGAE Finland, the 36-hour tour will include Eurovision veterans Charlotte Perrelli, Nicki French and Softengine. We’ll take a break from the karaoke room to interview your favourite stars, and naturally we want to tell them you say hello. So, if you have any questions for the guys and gals, please list them below. It’d be great if you could say what country you’re from too. And just in case you forgot any of our stars, here is an encore presentation of each artist’s claim to fame.
To Softengine from Kyiv (Ukraine) : What name do you prefer for your fans, “softies” or “enginers” ?
to Softengine from Russia:What is your main inspiration in you upcoming album?
to Softengine from Russia: Do you have plans about performing in Europe?
To Softengine: Are you willing to visit countries like The Netherlands and Belgium and perform there?
To Softengine (sorry my awful english):
Some of you guys studied at the same school. How is to start a band in your own school? You performed there?
Would you like to participate in Eurovision again?
And what you think about have a show in Brazil? I really think you should perform here, because you are one of the best bands EVER! (Just waiting for the new album haha) 😀
To Charlotte: Want to give a concert in Turkey? Turkish fans would like it as much. Charlotte sends a video message to Turkish fans, we are very happy. Love from Turkey 🙂
Question from Bartek 😀 (Poland) to Charlotte:
Will u try to conquer Europe again?
(from Greece) To Nikki French: Would you consider participating again for the UK? Which changes do you believe that the BBC must consider to have more successful placings in Eurovision? P.S I love your song from 2000! It’s my favorite of the year, you were the best! To Charlotte: You have a 15 year history with Eurovision, firstly winning in ’99 with the groovy ”Take Me To Your Heaven”. To Charlotte: A lot of people think that Hero should have come much higher than eighteenth (I do), were you still proud of your effort?
Me: I think you should be you were amazing 🙂
To nicki: hi nicki, since eurovision you have still played a significant role in relation to eurovision (London concert). I wanted to ask that what can bbc do to have a successful year. Should we continue with bbc introducing or is it time to return to a national selection after 4 of years of internal selection?
To charlotte: over the recent few years Sweden’s standard of songs ( less Schlager type songs) do you feel you would be able to adapt to change your music genre. And secondly, do you feel it is fair for artists to return to eurovisin who have already reached a high level of success? P.s I do love you charlotte and your music. Just do not want you to go through the downside of eurovision and melodifestivalen that you have had before.
Also to Charlotte: Do you think your song in Eurovision 2008 was underrated? (I think it so) 🙂
Charlotte: Will you return to the Melodifestivalen? I hope so, you’re such a great singer!
To Charlotte: will you return to melodifestivalen???
