Suzy—Portuguese pop princess and Eurovision 2014 starlet—always stands out. So we weren’t surprised to see organisers of the Eurovision Live Concert 2014 in Setúbal schedule her to perform last on September 12. The concert ran late, but we were more than happy to stick around knowing that Miss Guerra would close the show. As you can see in these three videos below, she did not disappoint.

Suzy opened with a dramatic interpretation of Conchita Wursts’s “Rise Like a Phoenix”. Suzy looked like a Greek goddess in a white toga-like dress, and she worked some seriously cool lighting. She then moved on to her powerful rendition of Pastora Soler’s “Quedate Conmigo”. This song requires a lot of power and Suzy really had it—just gorgeous. She closed the show with her Eurovision 2014 number “Quero ser tua”, creating a real carnival atmosphere—so much so that the audience demanded an encore. We were all on our feet!

What do you think of the performances below? Should Suzy return to Eurovision with a power ballad? Let us know!
