He is one of the most successful Swedish Eurovision artists.

And now Benjamin Ingrosso has released his new summer single “Costa Rica”.

Benjamin Ingrosso – “Costa Rica”

With “Costa Rica”, Benjamin is yet again proving his musical diversity. It proves his undeniable talent to explain feelings through his music.

This song is incredibly personal to me. It’s about that stage after a break up where you feel bitter about what happened and you haven’t really let the person go. If you listen carefully to the lyrics – you know exactly what the song is about.

And how true that is! The partner Benjamin was in a relationship with clearly hasn’t realized the deepening conflict. All the days getting drunk on Costa Rica aren’t helping at all — and he’s still waiting for a phone call!

Besides with over 160 million+ streams and 3.3 million listeners per month on Spotify, and 4x Platinum and 6x Gold certfications, this is only the beginning for Benjamin Ingrosso!

After his highly acclaimed #1 debut album Identification, several nominations in P3 Guld and the Swedish Grammy Awards as well as winning a Rockbjörnen award for ’Male Live Artist of the Year’, Benjamin Ingrosso is one of the most exciting names in the Swedish music scene today.

After releasing his Spotify single cover of Lionel Richie’s smash hit “All Night Long”, which today has reached platinum status, as well as this spring’s club tour, Benjamin has been focusing on completing his next album.

In May, Benjamin, together with Felix Sandman brought their celebrated fall tour to the big stage at Gröna Lund where they played for over 11.000 people. Moreover, just before their gig they released their latest single “Happy Thoughts” which they wrote together in Los Angeles earlier this year.

Can you please stop giving this jerk a platform? Stop trying to make Benjamin Ingrosso happen. His music is not even good.

I really like this song. It’s so catchy. I still don’t get the hatred for him. His debut album is really good, it has many songs that could be hits worldwide. And he is a great live performer.

I’m really sorry but I don’t particularly care what he’s doing at the moment. He was boring and the song was processed homogenised rubbish.
