who counts the votes, and tbh if anyone else wins than Tali, it would surprise me, considering her background, a privileged new yorker

My right choice would be either Krick, Tali, Nathalie or Chaild.

Oops, Naomi not Nathalie, sorry.

I had to try again, My right choice would be either Krick, Tali, Naomi. or ChailI really loved all the Luxembourgish songs and then I am happy to return this country in ESC. I am hope that Luxembourg will made it to the ESC final this year, so I still keep praying for Luxembourg to ESC final.

Krick for me and it’s not even close. This first selection has been a bit of a disaster for Luxembourg and has been bailed out by Elsie Bay. Obviously, it’s not ideal and hopefully, this won’t happen again going forward, but just getting this song selected and qualifying from an ESC semi final can lead to better things next year.

Joel Marques or Krick

This is a solid selection, most entries are good. My favorite is Krick, but Naomi and Tali could do great in Malmö too!

If they are prudent, Krick is the choice. Could be Bridges or Proud of 2024 if she can perform it live.

I really like this selection
Krick would be an amazing entry even though it’s basically Elsie Bay rewriting her MGP entry “Love You in a Dream” with different lyrics, it sounds exactly the same at times
Would also love to see Tali, Naomi, One Last Time or Angy & Rafa Ela at Eurovision
I think Luxembourg is coming back very strong, maybe not an immediate win but I’m expecting a great result for them in May

None of them is qualifying but Fighter would at least bring them some dignity. The selection is overall awfully bland!

I loved the fact that Wiwibloggs completely ignored Israel’s announcement regarding the date and song selection process. Keep being anti-Semitic, it’s fun to watch. 🙂

we don’t care, i also will ignore whatever song you guys will try to send to ESC, if it were up to me, same sanctions on Israel as for Russia please by both the EBU and the UEFA, a country which violates human rights laws has no right to be in ESC or to play football

That’s not the point tho. Russia got banned back then not because Putin started a war against Ukraine but because the broadcaster was not in line with EBUs regulations instead KAN seems to be in line, at least that’s what the EBU is saying.

What do you have to say regarding Ukraine? They’ve also killed civilians in their war against Russia. The UK is now attacking in Yemen as well, anything about them? Azerbaijani and Armenian civilians have died in the war too. Shall we kick them both of the contest? Turkiye is not in the contest, but I can’t ignore the amount of people wishing to see them back, as if they aren’t constantly killing Kurds as well. Europe is living in a bubble where everything is perfect and beautiful, but wake up, the world is still fighting, unfortunately. In wars, like wars,… Read more »

i love Ukraine

Azerbaijan aren’t doing anything wrong as nagorno-karabakh is rightfully theirs in official documents, armenia should’ve withdrawn its citizens earlier

So killing civilians is ok if it’s the side you support, got you.
You wanna ban Israel for the war? Ban all countries in wars, don’t be a hypocrite.
That means UK, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Armenia and god knows if I’m missing anyone.

I choose Tali.
She is so cute and the song sweet, with french elements too.
Of course, I would like only french but ok, at least it’s something.

On the other hand I don’t like Krick Drowning in the Rain. It’s very depressing

I particularly like Paumée sur Terre. What comes to my mind when talking about Luxembourg is those great winning songs they had in French and, taking into account the little role that French language is having in the context nowadays, I look forward to listening more of it!
Bonne change, Naomi!

It seems bizarre to an old stager like me that Luxembourg is likely to be represented by a song not in French

Honestly, this NF is REALLY strong for Luxembourg. I really wouldn’t mind ANY of them apart from the two ballads. It’s looking to be pretty diverse. I wouldn’t even mind EDSUN’s disco song or the rock song from One Last Time winning! But for me the strongest songs are Fighter by Tali, Naomi Ave’s song, Drop and of course the fan favourite, Krick. There’s of course a lot of staging potential with most of these songs, so it will be down to the live vocals!

Krick is a bond theme and commercial AirPlay waiting to happen. Highly beautiful and so is Naomi. Great line up here and with the 30 year absence it’ll add to the excitement of the song.
If staged correctly Krick could be the overall winner. 2025 Luxembourg City

Come on Naomi, come on French language!
Krick would also be a nice addition to this year’s lineup.
With any of those 2, Luxembourg should be able to qualify for the grand final.
