Macedonia was one of the first countries to choose their Eurovision 2015 entry. But since then it’s been unclear if Daniel Kajmakoski will perform his entry in Macedonian or English. Now it seems that the song has been changed to English and is called “Autumn Leaves“.
Later today, the new version of “Lisja Esenski” will premiere on Macedonian TV channel MTV1 at 17:00 CET. You can watch the show here.
Daniel has already shared some lyrics of the English version on his Facebook page. “My heart is beating like a million drums cuz you’re the ground under my feets, I’m trying to hold but baby I’m falling free, like the autumn leaves”.
Daniel Kajmakoski won the Skopje Fest last November, beating Eurovision 2008 singer Tamara Todevska. Macedonia is competing in the first semifinal of Eurovision 2015 on May 19.

Not sure if you have heard some interviews with him…. But he speaks English quite well actually…… Anyway, cannot wait for the official version….. This year the pre-election seems so long I just want all the songs picked this is tiring !!!!!
It was a great song in Macedonian lets hope its just as good on english
This is a shame, I was really starting to get the beauty of this one. I really like his voice, so I hope it still sounds as good in English!
I’m shocked Serbia are going for English…they’ve never done so, it’s a shame they didn’t stick to their guns. I do despise that song though, so I won’t be particularly listening anyways.
his diction is going to suck
it’s not qualifying at this rate according to betting sites
Guys, Australia is in and it’s LOVELY.
No, no, no!
Very often I wish that countries would send entries in their native languages, and this is yet another year where way too many entries are in English, but this entry could use an English version, I think.

I don’t think it is necessary that country sings in their own language, but I would really want to start a petition that would ban translatons! Want a song in English? – Then choose one! If not, STOP IT! Geez!
Here comes Daniel, finally!!!!!! :DDD
Although I enjoy his macedonian version, still can’t wait its video release!!
Maybe they should put that rule back about having to sing in one of the country’s official languages…
“My feets”? I really hope he doesn’t say that… lol
No please!!
Don’t do the same than Serbia. Your songs are special in your language, in English they sound… meh
