Attention Glam Rock fans: Yohio, the androgynous teenager who came second at Melodifestivalen last year, will be making a second consecutive bid to represent Sweden at Eurovision.

Swedish tabloid Expressen reports that the 18-year-old is ready to move from runner-up to winner. He will sing a number written by schlager-god Andreas Johnson, who competed in Melodifestivalen himself, and who has a number of hits under his belt including “Glorious”. This could be an interesting combination, y’all.

Johnson’s people are remaining mute for now. When Expressen contacted his assistant, she responded, “No, no, no . There is nothing I can comment on at all.”

Will this combination turn out messy? Or is this just what Melodifestivalen needs? Will it even happen? And have you watched the Yohio documentary yet?
