After two smashing semi-finals in Tallinn, we are totally ready for the Eesti Laul final on Saturday, February 21. Ten finalists will compete, but only one will earn the right to represent Estonia at Eurovision 2015. The bookies named Elina & Stig the runaway favourites to win Eesti Laul — and Eurovision — ages ago. Our readers are buying into the hype. In recent weeks they have cast a total of 1,874 votes — and a whopping 899 of them went to the “Goodbye to Yesterday” singers.

Stig Rästa Interview

You can see the full results of our poll below. You can listen to all of the songs here in case you haven’t heard them. Be sure to tune into the final on Saturday night at 20:35 CET here.

I hope Estonia are smart enough to not repeat the mistake of last year. Elisa’s generic crap wouldn’t make the final anyway.

I am a fortuneteller (LOL) and I can see Goodbye to Yesterday being performed in Vienna. This time, the bookies are right. Estonia and Italy will fight for the victory plus an unexpected dark horse that is coming soon.

So many NF’s keep choosing songs that were hardly frontrunners, I’ll be gutted if that happens again. Elina and Stig MUST win this thing! Such a beautiful song, and it can be staged amazingly, provided they didn’t go in the exact way of the common linnets with it, but judging by their SF, it’s clear they aren’t doing that.

Donna i think that if elisa kolk would be chosen that she would be over hyped but in the end won’t make the final

I can say that everybody here is raving about Elina and Stig. This year there will be 3 people in the superfinal as opposed to last year with 2. So even if the Jury put them somewhere in the middle and people will vote for them like mad, the likeliness of the getting to the super final is large.
And from there I can see them easily winning, especially if their opponents are Kali Briis or Daniel Levi

Still rooting for Elisa Kolk here. I think she would just do as well as the leaders of this poll if sent to Vienna to represent Estonia.

Let’s go Elina & Stig! Would not be disappointed at all if they won Eurovision in a landslide.

Really impressive that from 20 songs the winner gathered near the half 50% percentage of the whole votes!
Very beautiful song but its overrated imo..

I just finished listening to the semifinal performances (for the first time), and I must say 2 things: For one, the qualifiers from the 2nd semi are way better than the 1st semi qualifiers; and for another, I see why everyone has chosen Elina and Stig to win this thing… However… Last year’s poll had Sandra Nurmsalu way out in front, and bookies were picking Sandra and Lenna to go head-to-head in the super-final. But an insurgent, the Super Hot Cosmos Blues Band, upset everything for the both of them, and Tanja won. If I had to pick an insurgent… Read more »

@Adam: Be warned; Sandra Nurmsalu had just as big a lead in this poll last year; 46.18% in a field of 10, and she ended up 5th.

If they don’t get picked tomorrow, it’ll be hard to watch the Grand Final and look at it as an actual music competition. So hopefully they do! 😀
