You probably know Hera Bjork for the killer dance anthem “Je Na Sais Quoi” back in 2010 in Oslo. Maybe you even know that she is scheduled to perform as Maria Olafs’ backing vocalist in Vienna. Some of you eagle-eyed people may have even noticed that she wasn’t present at Iceland’s first rehearsal earlier today.

Alas, people who were looking forward to Hera’s return will have to wait just a little bit longer as she has been confined to Reykjavik for a little while longer. Our friends at ESCBuzz got in touch and, as they report, she’s still coming and will be with us on Saturday for Maria’s second rehearsal of “Unbroken

For now let’s indulge in her anthem from 2010, “Je Na Sais Quoi”.

Although I don’t like Iceland’s entry this year, I will enjoy seeing her on stage again. On my book, she had the best song in 2010. One of the best eurodance entries ever. I still get goosebumps listening to this! She was criminally underrated!!

Je ne sais quoi was an ANTHEM. Disgustingly underrated in 2010’s final, especially after a good showing in the semi. It was my whole family’s favourite aha. I love Hera and wish her well for a speedy recovery xo

What a star! <3

Iceland was perhaps my favourite country between 2008-2010 with three incredible songs, although I'm also biased towards Armenia's three best entries over the same time period. No doubt she will take Maria's song to another level!
