The Eurovision fan prediction poll results continue to pour in. The next club to reveal their votes in the OGAE Poll 2021 is OGAE Hungary, who award their douze points to Switzerland — strengthening Gjon’s Tears’ lead. This is the third set of 12 points that “Tout l’univers” has received.
The club of 23 Hungarian voters award their silver medal to France’s Barbara Pravi. “Voilà” picks up ten points and leaps up to fourth place overall. Meanwhile, eight points goes to the bookies’ favourite Destiny from Malta. “Je Me Casse” currently sits at third place overall.
Further down the board, Finland’s Blind Channel and Croatia’s Albina picked up their first points of the season.

OGAE Poll 2021 leaderboard — 16 April
With OGAE Hungary’s votes, there’s no change at the top. Switzerland sits firmly in first place. In second and third are Lithuania and Malta, with The Roop and Destiny separated by just one point. Meanwhile, France’s Barbara Pravi in fourth and San Marino’s Senhit in fifth round out the top five.
So far, only 17 countries have received points, leaving 22 countries on zero points. But everything could change — with 39 more OGAE clubs yet to deliver their points, it’s still all to play for!
1. Switzerland — 44 points
2. Lithuania — 34 points
3. Malta — 33 points
4. France — 21 points
5. San Marino — 19 points
6. Sweden — 18 points
(=) Cyprus — 18 points
8. Ukraine — 8 points
9. Azerbaijan — 7 points
10. Italy — 6 points

12. Iceland — 5 points
13. Estonia — 4 points
14. Croatia — 3 points
15. Romania — 2 points
(=) Greece — 2 points
(=) Israel — 2 points
Countries that are not listed are yet to receive points from any voting clubs.
Between now and Sunday 2 May, half of the groups voting in the OGAE Poll 2021 will reveal their points one by one. Then, the remaining groups will announce their points at the same time on Friday 7 May in a grand final video spectacle.
What do you think? Do you agree with OGAE Albania’s voting? Will Switzerland maintain its lead? Let us know in the comments below.
Yay, go Switzerland! I like most of the songs in their list, nice one.
Bulgaria waiting for some points, one of bookmakers favorite for win and TOP 5 favorite.
One of the worst songs ever to be put so high.
Could we have a say in our country’s OGAE results?
Yes if you are a member. All members of each respective ogae club are encouraged to vote – but not all do. I have given my votes to my branch at least and who knows, maybe they managed to impact the overall result.
Cant wait for Malta’s comeback
Dear god…Lithuania 2nd position so far…regardless of Lithuania achieved low results previously and this year another toy entry ogae s giving high votes…nothin near the reality
Just because they’ve achieved low results in the previous years, they should always be treated badly? You logic is dumb.
Read message properly your comment is more than dump
o – old balding
g – gay tasteless
a – and caucasian
e – essociation
A) Why is being old, balding, gay or Caucasian considered an insult?
B) Essociation isn’t a word.
A) Old balding gay Caucasians have the best music taste! That’s why OGAE was created.
B) I say ‘essociation’ because I refuse to use the word ‘ass’ in ‘association’, it’s a dirty word.
primitive and backward!
so true bestie! old white gays must be silenced for their primitive and backwards eurovision opinions.
Difficult to bring in mind old balding Georgians, Armenians and Azerians sisters…
So…Swiss first for ogaes….
According to the previous results…we can say with 90% certainty that Swiss is out of the winning game…in the real world
I hope that it will also be focus on other countries in the final so those 3 not get all 12 points.
Because I want an excited final with many suprises.
if people stop licking Switzerland it’ll be ok
Where two basic bitches fight watch some random country like Lithuania win it all just for being original
Original? It’s just a bad copy of last year’s song lol
Who are you calling bad bitches ?
The east Europe, wote for east europa
OGAO president : “hey XXX, have you send me your votes ?”
XXX : “Oh sorry, let me check the odds first”
No.. These OGAE people just vote with their taste. The fact that mainly France, Lithuania, Malta and Switzerland get points isn’t because of the odds, it is because they are simply better than the others. Don’t be butt hurt because your opinions differ with others. If I was a OGAE voter and I was the only one of my country, I wouldn’t give Malta any points, but at least I am not selfish and can admit that Je Me Casse is a good song. I like Tout l’Univers and Voila, but if I didn’t like them, I at least would’ve… Read more »
If that was so malta would be in a better position and Lithuania would be lower-
Hungary giving 10 pts to France ? That’s surprising !
Why downvote me ? Im honestly surprised it’s not a provocation xD
My dear friends. The points in may will look different for many countries than they do know. So why worry about what points the members of OGAE gives. I do also not agree with their votes so far, but what else can you do than to respect their choices.
Wait are the OGAE the 12 points and whatsoever each jury gives in the final?
Why is OGAE given a platform when they’re literally just Eurovision fans? People make it sound like they’re a professional jury is giving out votes. I don’t know why Wiwibloggs keep writing about them, but if they keep writing more, just ignore the posts instead of spamming comments.
They’re literally just groups of caucasian middle-aged men voting for their favourite songs… don’t take it seriously!
I wonder why someone’s race or age has to be involved in everything?
If you’re upset that I said ‘caucasian middle-aged man’ you’re probably a caucasian middle-aged man, which means you qualify for OGAE membership!
I’m not a middle-aged man, and your comment is still just as rude. I wonder why you’re so salty.
If you’re not a middle-aged man then stop acting like one babes
You could have remained classy, honey.
Why aren’t we part of OGAE? Can we?
While I agree that it seems like the OGAE votes just follow the polls, I would argue that Tout l’univers is the the only song, apart from maybe Barbara Pravi’s, that could have a life outside of the Eurovision bubble. Obviously it has its similarities to Arcade (although that’s mostly in the use of falsetto and the bombastic production) but it distinguishes itself in that it’s just a proper song. In terms of actual songwriting it’s a pretty disappointing year otherwise. A lot of throwaways and cheap copies.
But you are wrong Tusse, and Måneskin are already hits on Spotify. So they already have lives outside. I think it is the same with Tix. I don’t think any of the two songs you are mentioning are hits yet even in their own countries. They are more like eurovision products..
The winners of Melfest and Sanremo always become huge Spotify hits in their respective countries. That’s not an indicator of anything. Voices is a paint-by-numbers Eurovision ditty that gets its appeal from the performer, not the song. Måneskin’s entry is quite cool, but let’s be honest, that one wouldn’t make the chart in a million years either if it weren’t for Sanremo.
If these OGAE votes don’t match your own, that you’d give votes to, all you can do is join the club yourself or just accept the fact that they vote who they want.
I am not rooting for Greece but i hope Stephania does better on the big day cause she really deserves a top 10
Why the downvotes?
I am very very surprised not to see Bulgaria in top 10. I would be that if Victoria doesnt make it on the big day because in my opinion she truely deserves as an artist
Bulgaria’s song, that is just plain, is just like you’d expect a factory made product to be; lacks originality.
Bulgaria is NQ, mark my words.
A really hard listen. Waste of a good singer.
She will qualify in such a weak jury friendly semi final
Le Oliver : France is the Only member of the Big 5 to get on the OGAE scoreboard yet
Le Italy at 6 points : shocked Pikachu face
Did OGAE last time winner was Mahmood not Duncan ?
Yes, Luca ranked 2nd, Duncan 3rd, KEiiNO 4th and Tamta 5th
The OGAE voting would look totally different if the members didn’t know about the odds and the fan favourites.
It seems like they don’t vote for who they like the best, but for who they believe they should like the best.
In 2019 Duncan was an obvious winner, but he did not score better than Mahmood and Luca
Surely if these songs are being voted for by fans this makes them appealing and therefore that is why the songs are riding high in the odds and are fan favourites. Remember the songs in the contest that win appeal to the majority of tastes not those that appeal to specialist tastes.
OGAE voting would also look different if they weren’t all middle-aged men.
I can’t understand all this hate for favorites, I mean I don’t like Je Me Cass, but I don’t put a dislike everytime someone says somehting positive about her, since it’s just a matter of taste, but hating Destiny or Gjon or their songs just because they’re favorites is so ridicolous and disrespectful
So glad to see someone else writing it. Wiwibloggs should disable the disliking system. Everytime people are writing positive comments about Malta, ‘Je Me Casse’, Destiny or her place in the odds, you can be sure that they’re going to be instantly downvoted. And that’s unfair. I mean if you dont like something, just don’t pay attention to it.
It happens the same with Gjon and Victoria, it’s so silly and naive, but at the end of the day we should really not care to get dislikes or likes and just express our honest opinions.
Agree completely. People tend to get jealous that they have a lower chance of winning just because they are favourite to win.
Yes, they get delusional, because their personal winner is not a contender (at least at the moment)
Gjon is so cute in the pic used for this article. I can’t with all of this cuteness lol
And yes, thx for the 8 points to Malta.
Also, that’s so sad that Hungary is not participating this year. The country usually sends good songs to the contest.
It’s not the same case. Belarus did want to participate. I would rather compare Hungary with Turkey. These two countries stopped to participate because their “democratic” presidents (Orban and Erdogan) don’t want them to participate.
I read somewhere that Turkey will only return to the contest when they ban homosexuals…
So I guess we’ll have to wait for Turkey for a looooong time
By by Turkey
Turkey was the one who sent openly LGBT / LGBT supporter singers and i remember queer dancers in Istanbul 2004 opening ceremony… Can somebody from there explain please?
The politician who shimmied down a drainpipe naked following police raid on a “gay orgy” could represent them?
Photocopy of 2019 winner.
Protocopy of millions of comments
I like Switzerland this year, I really really do. But as a winner I just don’t understand how it can be called it?
Sure if it ends up winning I won’t be angry, I’ll accept it and be delighted for the Swiss but I’m just not understanding the universal appeal for it in the fandom?
It’s like blanket wide love.
Top 10, definitely, Top 5 of course, but as a winner I just can’t imagine. The fandom has suddenly all decided in unison that they like French language indie ballads this year? But in other years they didn’t?
Didn’t they like Repondez-Moi last year Darren? Not a judgement call but I do think this will win. And yes, I am middle-aged, overweight, homosexual and balding.
Hey if it wins I’ll be happy, but I was just curious about the sudden love in.
Average weight, hairy, quarter aged homosexual here or that makes any difference lol
I think perhaps it has to do with the returning Bulgaria and Iceland acts being slightly erm underwhelming? And there is no Diodato to cream over either.
Cringe. Why is everyones taste so homogenised? It almost feels like if you don’t adore Switzerland, you become a pariah this year.
tbh herd mentality is common in any fandom. kinda like if you say you don’t like ghostin you can’t be an arianator
Definitely seeing that around some acts like Malta, Switzerland, Greece and Norway this year, from my experience on this site and YouTube anyway.
seems like switzerland is getting the ogay curse this year. won’t complain !
what is the ogae curse.. ogae favourites can’t win in the actual competition ? If that’s true i’m in 🙂
that’s right bestie
I don’t necessarily think that’s the case. We’ll see in May.
Yes, like Netta did!
Exactly! 2018, 2013 and 2012 had OGAE winners win the whole contest too. Aside, OGAE winners placed 3rd in 2014, 3rd in 2015, 6th in 2016, 6th in 2017 and 2nd in 2019. So, not really disastrous results in any case.
Or its winning here because it’s going to win in May. You should prepare yourself for that.
because ogay hungary isn’t run by the government but by eurofans
OGAY
as he should. some of yall will look like clowns in may when Malta and Switzerland end up in the top 10 at LEAST.
notchu keeping the bar that low… no one’s denying they’ll be top 10 but many are casting rightful doubts on their chances to win
we’ll see what happens in may ig
There is like 90% of chance that Malta and Switzerland will both finish in top 10. Even if someone isn’t a fan of either song, they can see how their effect is on most listeners. Besides, Gjon and Destiny are both outstanding live performers. I’m not even saying that one of them will necessarily win (there are also France, Italy, San Marino, or even a country suddenly elevated by the staging (a’la Netherlands in 2014)), but they likely will have a very good result.
Top 10 is not that good lmao
I’m guessing we’ll be seeing a lot of that top 3 in different order lol..
Basic
overrated baloon
