Måneskin have another accomplishment to celebrate. The grand final performance of their Eurovision 2021 song “Zitti e buoni” has clocked up well over 50 million views. This makes the video the fifth most popular video on the official Eurovision YouTube channel.
In less than three weeks, Måneskin’s grand final performance has reached more than 50 million views. This makes it one of the most popular videos on the official Eurovision YouTube channel. The video has made it into the top five, nudging Loreen’s grand final performance of “Euphoria” into sixth place with 46 million views.
The rest of the top five is made up of classic Eurovision favourites from Lena and Jesse Matador, and recent hits from Netta and Little Big. But it will be a long way for Måneskin to reach the top spot. Little Big’s Eurovision 2020 entry “Uno” has over 205 million views for its music video. Netta is currently sitting comfortably in second place, with 154 million views for the “Toy” music video.
“Uno” still has a way to go before it outranks some other iconic Italian songs. Mahmood‘s original video for “Soldi” has over 178.88 million views. The music video for the original version of Il Volo‘s “Grand amore” has over 199.18 million views. Even more impressive is the music video for the original version of Francesco Gabbani‘s song “Occidentalis karma”. It has clocked up over 256.72 million views.
However, all these videos use the song in a longer form than the version that was entered into Eurovision in their respective years. As well, the “Zitti e buoni” music video on Måneskin’s official channel has reached over 40 million views since its release in early March.
The enduring popularity of Duncan Laurence’s 2019 winning song “Arcade” has also had an impact on its YouTube views. Both the grand final performance and the song’s music video have entered the top 20 most-watched videos on the Eurovision channel.
The Wiwi Jam performance from Måneskin — which features live performances of “I Wanna Be Your Slave” and “Zitti e buoni” has clocked up over 17 million views.

What do you think? Can “Zitti e buoni” reach the top spot? Or will Little Big reign supreme? Tell us your thoughts in the comments section below!
in other news: maneskin’s ‘i wanna be your slave’ now rose to 7th in the german top 100, while ‘beggin” entered at 16.
it’s only been 3 weeks and they already have their video in the all-time top five… we love to see it
Chart update: Måneskin have a new entry on Spotify’s Global Top 50 chart: their cover of “Beggin'” at #50 from the 207 EP Chosen. It’s their third entry on the chart while “I Wanna Be Your Slave” is at #19 and “Zitti e buoni” at #23. Also, “I Wanna Be Your Slave” reached a new peak on Spotify’s UK Top 50 at #9.
Maneskin have great songs. Also this is a slap in the face to those people who were saying that Italy is overrated or that Italy high views on Youtube are just local views from Italy.
Wow, what an interesting chart! I’d never have guessed that Euphoria would be below Satellite, or that Sergey Lazarev would be in the top ten. Also, why on earth is Little Big at number 1?!
Most of the times these videos are watched by the people from the same country as the winners.
and…..
@Black cat, it’s not true. More than 50% of Måneskin fans are not Italians but they are from Ukraine, Russia and UK
If an artist is on the top 100 Spotify global with 3 songs, I think they are not just local views. But I guess, you would prefer Eurovision is judged just by juries.
Really interesting that Arcade is the only song present twice in that top 20, along with Toy. Its views are so spread out on Youtube, when searching for the song there are two versions with 70 million views each, one at 45m, one at 35m, and countless videos with a few million views each… it really highlights how viral the song went outside the Eurovision bubble. Oh and Think About Things would have definitely reached that top 20 if the contest went ahead last year, they have 30 million views on their own channel and 10 million on the national… Read more »
Yeah, same with Conchita Wurst – “Rise Like a Phoenix”
I can tell you most of the Italians entries views are not by locals since many Italians watch the performances on the singers official channels. Well, maybe in Måneskin’s case it’s different because they won, but all the others don’t rely much on domestic success.
The song Arcade went viral 2 years later, thanks to Tik Tok. The fact you want to lessen Italian entries clearly shows your true colours. Soldi until a few months ago had higher views on Spotify than Arcade.
me, an american fan: *cries in geoblock*
Why is Jesse Matador so high
Because Allez Ola Olè was a huge hit all across Europe and if you search it on YouTube the first result you get is the music video on the Eurovision channel
I still believe, that live performances and music videos should not be compared.
Imagine how many more views grand final performances would have if they weren’t geoblocked! It’s time for the Eurovision organization to start acknowledging their US fans. Not because we’re the US or anything (I’m not one of those chest beaters ?), but just because (I think) we represent some significant numbers now. ….and they’re only going to grow!
Might wanna fix the Netta views 🙂
Congrats!
