They make our hearts go Damdiggida, so we are thrilled to announce Norway’s 2019 Eurovision icons and MGP runners-up KEiiNO will be coming to the London Eurovision Party! You can catch Alexandra, Fred and Tom at Here At Outernet on April 7th.

They will bring their MGP tunes to the show. Are you ready to sing-shout along? Let’s do this!

Who are KEiiNO?

We imagine that if you are here on Wiwibloggs, you know who KEiiNO are by this point…but just in case. KEiiNO are a three piece of camp pop legends: Alexandra Rotan, Tom Hugo and Fred Buljo. They combine intense upbeat pop with traditional Sami elements. Often this involves Fred performing joiking, a vocal technique used in his culture.

They won the televote at the Eurovision Song Contest 2019, with “Spirit In The Sky” – and are beloved to fans to this day. As one of the most iconic Eurovision performances, it’s played at every Eurovision party and event.

They have participated at Norway’s national final Melodi Grand Prix twice since. In 2021, they came 2nd with a more modern take on thier style with “Monument”, an anthemic power tune feeling back to traditional roots again. This went on to win the OGAE Second Chance Contest, no less. Again, in 2024, they just missed out on a second Eurovision ticket with “Damidiggida”. This was more shamlessly camp, leaning into their funnest elements. The song was a huge fan-favourite, but missed out to this year’s Norwegian representatives, Gåte – who you can also see at LEP!

Don’t forget, you can also catch KEiiNO in their special concert the day before London Eurovision Party, at

London Eurovision Party 2024

The London Eurovision Party is the biggest annual Eurovision event in the United Kingdom.

Why isn’t Wiwibloggs updated? The London party and cinema river have been canceled to protest Israel’s participation in ESC. In my opinion a right decision.

What a cowardly decision.

Coward? I think it’s quite the opposite. Great courage regardless of economic or media power. Bravo for London.

We are updated, because we are co-arranging London Eurovision Party. That is unrelated to the screening of the Grand Final, which is called Eurovision Party London (hence the confusion).

Thanks for the clarification Simon. Is the “London Eurovision Party” also considering to cancel the event?
