Eurovision In Concert has become so popular that it’s pretty much a part of the actual Eurovision Song Contest now. Artists see the concert in Amsterdam as an essential stop on their Eurovision promotional tour. 25 artists (!) have confirmed that they’ll attend the event in the Melkweg concert hall on April 5.
Three-time Eurovision contestant Sandra Reemer and Dutch Eurovision commentator Cornald Maas will host the show. Emmelie De Forest will also appear as a guest artist, performing “Only Teardrops” and “Rainmaker”, this year’s official ESC anthem. (We wonder which face will she bring). You can visit the official site here. Tickets are sold out!
As always, the team from wiwibloggs.com will be on-the-ground and on-the-scene. In recent years Zlata Ognevich has told us about her “fantasy dream language”, Anggun has given us major face, Roberto Bellarosa has told us about his search for a partner, and Donny Montell has gotten his flirt on.
This year we want to put your questions to the singers. So please review the list below and then add your questions in our comments section. Nothing nasty, y’all…

To Ruth Lorenzo:
Will you try to impress us with a good staging?
To Hersi: Can you connect ‘One Night’s Anger’ to a time in your life? If so, what was this time? To Basim: Will you feel more comfortable singing on home soil? To Molly: You have been popular with a variety of people since presenting ‘Children of The Universe’, some even going to say that you’ll take all, could you ever see yourself bringing the contest to the UK? To Paula and Ovi: Do you see yourself having an advantage because you stood on the Eurovision stage in Oslo, and got 3rd? To Ruth: How did you deal with the outrage… Read more »
To Mariya [Ukraine]: There are 3 versions of Tick-Tick, the original one, the Malta one and the final version. Which is your favourite? To Molly [UK]: Your song, Children of the Universe, is currently one of the favourite with the fans to win. How does that feels? To Ruth [Spain]: This will be the first time you will be performing on the Eurovision stage. How does that feel compared to being on UK X-Factor stage? I know Sanna’s not on the list but if she decided to appear last minute, this one is for her. Ask her “You have entered… Read more »
To Conchita: Will you have a wind machine? Have you asked Aram Mp3 about his homophobic comments?
To Aram: What are your thoughts on Conchita now?
To Twin Twin: France has done very badly in Eurovision since televoting started. Why do you think this is? And do you think you will have a better result?
To Valentina: Who would you like to represent San Marino next year? Do you think Michele Perniola would be a good choice?
To Carl: Emmelie de Forest has said she thinks you will win. Does this make you feel more pressure?
To Ukraine: How does it feel to be the 1st Song to be chosen this year
Valentina: what Easpag said.
Sebalter: what was the message of your music video in relation to the context of the song?
Paula and Ovi: What, in your opinion, was a stronger year in quality for the Eurovision, 2010 or 2014? Has much changed?
To all the acts…what is your favorite Eurovision song, and could you sing a little of it in your native language?
To the greek guys: Are you going to add anything to your stage show or you will just stay there and sing like in your video clip and the national final?
To Latvia: Since the voters start paying attention on Tuesday evening of the Semi Final how concerned are you about the very small minority of fans who are taking your act way too seriously at this stage. How much comfort do you get from Malta, Iceland, Hungary, Greece and Belgium who also got this hatred from fans last year but did very well in the final?
Latvia: I have heard that Latvia might withdraw if they don’t qualify this year. Do you feel a lot of pressure to qualify? And how do you feel about all the hatred your entry is getting from the fans?
*How hard was was to learn Slovenian for the song “Sve je isto, samo njega nema”?
Sorry for the mistake.
For Valentina: we’ve seen you on Eurovision stage three times. We all know that jazz is your favourite music genre. So how come we didn’t see you performing jazz on Eurovision?
For Tijana: how har was to learn Slovenian for the song “Sve je isto, samo njega nema”?
For The Netherlands – Common Linnets: First I would like to congratulate you for the song, it’s my favorite this year, second I would like to ask if The Civil Wars (the American Country band) inspired you to sing this genre of music and if they inspired you to form the Common Linnets. Best of luck! For Romania – Paula Seling & Ovi: I know you already have a concept for the show on the Danish stage, did you manage to find a sponsor and is this concept something new on the Eurovision stage? Will it be something we have… Read more »
Oops, forgot Sweden is not there.
To András Kállay-Saunders: What inspired you to write the song?
To Paula&Ovi: Will you bring a “miraculous” show on the ESC stage? (tell Paula she’s just as gorgeous now as she was back in 2010)
To Carl Espen: Honestly, you have the best ballad this year. Still, do you think Europe will fall for an introverted indie track?
To Molly: What kind of music would you like to make in the future?
And maybe ask Sanna what’s her favourite fruit. Just because.
To Molly: Your song is one of the fan favorites this year, as one can tell by the YouTube tops, the EscNation poll, etc. Do you believe in your song? How come it isn’t named with a more dynamic title as ”Power to the people” ? I imagine you have heard at least some of the songs. Which is your favorite at this moment and who do you believe is your biggest competitor? Do you aim for the win to prove that UK does care about the contest?
To Valentina: What is she aiming for this year, is she aiming to something greater than reaching the final? With honesty, which is her favorite song that she has entered eurovision with? Would she consider competing again if she doesn’t accomplish what she wants? For me ”Maybe” is the best song in this year. But what does it make it stand from the countless other ballads and why didn’t she consider sending one of the songs that she writed for her album?
To Uk’s Molly – Your song is a very big Anthem, So What Are you Planning for your Stage Performance on the Night to Bring this Across?
Austria – Conchita Wurst: I want to thank you for inspiring me to stay strong and be true to myself. Go slay the competition in Copenhagen! Your entry in Eurovision has had a huge amount of support, but your appearance has also provoked considerable homophobic and transphobic hostility. My question is, how do you respond to these hateful comments?
To anybody: Do you decide your own staging and do you like a lot (with lots of props, dancers etc.) or do you like a more simple stage where the focus is all on you and your voice?
To Aram: If you win, would you consider being the host in 2015?
To Sebalter: How do you imagine your stage approach to look like?
To Axel: Why did you decide to compete in the Flemish competition when you are Walloon? How does it feel to be the first Walloon to represent the Flemish broadcaster? How is your Dutch coming along? To Hersi: Do you regret switching from Albanian to English after seeing the responses from the public? To Valentina: When you first competed in 2012, you barely knew English. Is your vast improvement in the English language the reason you chose to sing in English again this year over Italian? To Ruth: How is Brequette doing? To Aram Mp3: Last year and the year… Read more »

To Freaky Fortune: will there be any surprises in your Eurovision performance? if yes, give us some hints. To Molly: When will “Children of the Universe” be released to iTunes? Will you promote the song on UK TV? To Suzy: Will you change your performance in Eurovision or keep everything as it was in the Portuguese final? For Conchita and Axel: As ambassadors of the LGBT community to Europe, do you have any words of encouragement or wisdom to share with fans at home who struggle with their identity or sexuality?
To Vilija/Lithuania ~ Hi Vilija, I’m a huge fan of your song Attention, but if you could have sung one of the other songs from the Lithuanian national selection in Eurovision, what one would it have been and why?
To Ruth: will you introduce water on the stage?
Spain: Ruth, will you dance in Copenhagen like you did in Mira Quién Baila?
