Patrick: Meeeeeeeeeh…. I have only one word for the performance… disgusting! Let me begin with the dresses… God who gave them such a horrible idea? I mean c’mon: black tutu with the blue accents? And don’t even talk about the dancers who are covered in leather. Even the backing vocalists look like aliens. The staging itself is nothing special… but befits the song! At least there’s comedic relief: when the dancer sticks his hand through the hole in her tutu, I laugh so hard… Welcome to planet Avatar.. ehhh Lithuania!
Judit: It’s hard to talk about Lithuania. I don’t hate their song, it was lodged in my head earlier. But those dresses… OMG If they had any chance to be in the final, those black-blue dresses take it away.

I have always liked and respected this song, and although the clothes I don’t like, even the dance conveys a message. After hearing “the great Tanja” screech in parts at her rehearsal, I respect Vilija even more. Of course it may get low vote, but I just don’t care 😉
I’d say that it fits her if she wears a video game protagonist-like contume from the likes of Lara Croft or some kind of a sexy cyber chick costume. But can’t argue about how she just wants to wear that tutu on stage if that really has a strong meaning about her song. And I don’t know what others will say about that. Otherwise, she might end up winning this year’s Barbara Dex award…
Well, it’ Vilija’s style and that’s what makes her comfortable in performing this song worh that kind of clothing and choreography. I just respect her presentation.
