Her song may not have ignited Europe as planned, but Dilara Kazimova certainly had a great couple of weeks in Denmark. Team Wiwi’s Deban Aderemi caught up with the Azeri beauty during their time in Copenhagen on May 4. During their interview, Dilara told us about her weinerhund and its five puppies, and how she enjoyed her visit to a Danish animal shelter. She also reflected on her rising popularity in Hungary after her friend András covered her song, and towards the end, treated us to a live version of Bir Qigilcim.
Although Dilara, who finished twenty-second in the final and fifteenth with the Wiwi Jury, hasn’t told us her future plans, we wish her all the best!

Hope they dont treat her as an outcast in Azerbaijan, for giving the country their worst placing at the contest, because she is amazing, I love the studio version of the song, maybe it didn’t translated well on stage. Anyways, best of luck to Dilara.
