After their victory at EMA 2015, Maraaya has been gaining large amounts of popularity with the Eurovision fanbase. “Here For You” has been called unique in this year’s lineup, whether it’s for the modern and classical mixture, Marjetka’s sultry voice, or just its uptempo rhythm. The team here at wiwibloggs thinks that Maraaya could break the top 5 at the Eurovision Song Contest 2014, a first for Slovenia. We wanted to know their thoughts, so Marjetka and Raay (and “violinist” Balodis) sat down with good friend and New York correspondent Sopon to dish their thoughts.

For me one of best song from Slovenia at Eurovision. My TOP 5 from Slovenia 1995, 2001,2015, 1997, 2011.
Germany made big mistake why didnt sent Saint Lu with Craving in Malmo 2013. Becuse that song and Slovenia song have similar retro sound.
i mentioned that last year and apparently that “doesn’t matter”. that because there are no standout songs so far meaning the betting is random!
I get the feeling their performance will really let them down.
@Realist: Tell that to the bookies. They didn’t exactly go crazy for Israel last year, but now Slovenia’s sitting at sweet 5th.
I can see their song winning! I feel like theirs no other songs like it and it will stick out a lot in a good way! Definitely see a top 10 placing for Slovenia this year!

Really talented people, and I can tell this only from their Eurovision efforts. “Nisi Sam” was for me the best Junior Eurovision entry in the history of the contest. A truly flawless song and performance. Tinkara’s “Spet” was also fantastic. Really underrated. I hope Slovenia will crack the top 10 this year cause the song and the performers totally deserve it!

Their song is beautiful.. 🙂 They will not have hard time of qualifying from the semifinal i guess.. A descent / high place awaits them on the grand final.. 🙂 Currently its my #13th most liked entry from the 29 but because i change my mind all the time i can see *Here 4 U* somewhere on my top10 ~ top20 at the ”worst” scenario 4 them when all the 40 entries are getting released..
