Six weeks ago, Stockholm was awash with glitz and glamour as the stars descended on EuroClub, opposite the Royal Palace, for the Eurovision opening ceremony. We asked y’all to vote for your favourites and the results are in. Sit back and soak up the eleganza as we revisit the red carpet fashion.

Results

In order to determine the hits and misses on this year’s red carpet, we decided to add a little twist. We included a reader poll as normal, but we also included a “thumbs up” and “thumbs down” rating system. We’ve combined both to come up with the final result. You can see the full combined ranking below, followed by the poll and rating results. Note, Norway’s Agnete did not walk the red carpet.

Samra though…did she even have a stylist? If so, did they hate her?

I loved Amir’s red carpet look. Simple, clean and still very modern – and William, I agree with you and Deban, he filled every inch of that outfit to perfection! Ooh la la! <3

I missed this voting and didn’t vote for anyone and now it strikes me a bit strange that there wasn’t separate voting for male and female participants it is hardly possible to compare them=) Nevertheless I agree that Iveta was the most beautiful woman and Sergey L. was the smartest man. @Maru fr I love Sergey’s pink pants=)) They’ve brought him such an incredible amount of likes and comments before and after the red carpet that I vote for putting this one piece of his clothing up for auction=)) It is a rare case when a man of Sergey’s constitutuon… Read more »

Mukuchyan. Winner! Period. I like Sergey Lazarev’s and Douwe Bob’s perfect tailored suits just as much. Both very James Bond-ish. Douwe Bob more – shaken, not stirred – casino-look, Lazarev more official agent. Manuella from Slovenia at 37th, was it really that bad? It’s sexy. Too sexy? Or forgot-to-vote-on-ranked? Her steeled high-heels and legs are killing me! Her hair-do is also my style. I save her in my arms when she’s falling! Michal Szpak in his blue jacket and red trousers came 2nd in the poll result. Maybe others but i can’t cope with this blue-red colourclash. On a red… Read more »

The fashion world is often so much more brutal on women than it is men. In that regard, it’s nice to see some of the ladies do so well and the men get slammed. 😛

It’s obvious that people voted for Russia and France just because they love their songs. Anyway, Armenia is a great winner but in my opinion, Azerbaijan deserved the last place.

Looks like Iveta slayed the whole thing…. except the final result… she deserved to be in top 5 at least! ))) Totally agree with the poll results.
