The fifth show will see eight acts perform — the third and fourth place finishers from each of the semi-finals. They have all been paired up into duels. One act will qualify from each of the duels. These four qualifiers will join the eight acts which qualified directly to the final from the semis. As always, the andra chansen result will be determined solely by the viewing public through a mixture of app and phone votes. The four duels are:
- Duel 1
- Alvaro Estrella “Baila Baila”
- Lillasyster “Pretender”
- Duel 2
- Frida Green “The Silence”
- Paul Rey “The Missing Piece”
- Duel 3
- Eva Rydberg & Ewa Roos “Rena rama ding dong”
- Clara Klingenström “Behöver inte dig idag”
- Duel 4
- Klara Hammarström “Beat of Broken Hearts”
- Efraim Leo “Best of Me”
Christer Björkman is hosting all six episodes of Melfest 2021. He will be joined by a selection of different co-hosts throughout the series. Singer Shirley Clamp joins him for week five.
Will you watch andra chansen? Who is your favourite? Let us know below.
I really don’t care about the AC this year. None of the songs will have anything to do with the top in the final. The only one I care about to see if she makes it through is Clara Klingenström. She’s from the same island as me! So go Clara! But.. just give me the final so we’ll know who wins the “damn thing” 😀
I really hope Klara wins, her song is so underrated Imo
How does the voting vote? Is there a separate voting after every duel, or does it only open after all entries?
I primarily plan to watch Eesti Laul but plan to vote in Melfest.
Ewas were so high? Damn
Very weak songs
I love Ewa and Ewa , Frida Green and one more so no.
Duels 3 and 4 are tough for me since I love all those acts… still, I’m leaning slightly towards the Eva’s and Klara Hammarström going the finals
In the same boat here to. I much prefer Klara but I think Efraim will win unfortunately.
