Semi-final two of Slovenia’s EMA 2022 is just around the corner and rehearsals are already underway. Taking place this Saturday 12 February, ten acts are vying for six qualification spots to the grand final of the Eurovision 2022 selection show.
But which of these ten acts would you like to qualify?
We have 30-second clips for the eight pre-qualified contestants. Meanwhile, the two acts who qualified from EMA Freš – LPS and Leya Leanne – have now shared their songs in full.

EMA 2022: Show details
Each semi-final will feature eight pre-qualified acts alongside two EMA FREŠ qualifiers. There will be six qualifiers on both nights, with the public televote selecting three and an expert jury choosing another three, resulting in a 12 song final.
The grand final is set for Saturday 19 February, where Slovenia will choose their act for Eurovision 2022. The overall winner will be determined by a 50/50 split between the public and a jury made up of five different panels.

I’d like to say BQL but it is rather uninteresting. The isn’t any single song that I completely like. Overall, I’d go for LUMA.
Omg the BQL song is absolute dire… Such a dissapointing national final. Its only Mia from this semi….
Mia Gucke and that’s it. Really let down by Gusti, Anabel, Klara and BQL – bland and soulless. It’s a common thing on EMA – we invite great musicians, who make radio hits and bangers, but to EMA they send boring leftovers from studio sessions 3 years ago, that didn’t make it to the album. So basically songs that weren’t good enough for album or radio, are sent to EMA. It’s almost like a running gag at this point.

LPS are amazing, a clear standout in this semi. And so young!
I’m sorry but I’m not on the Mia Gucek train. Its just an ok song, not really innovative in any way.
I think this semi is overall the weaker one.
