Many of this year’s JESC 2014 acts have been super polished, über choreographed and totally rehearsed. That’s nice, but it doesn’t always smack of childhood, which tends to be a bit more carefree. So we were happy to see that Montenegro’s Masa Vujadinovic & Lejla Vulic took a natural, organic approach during their first rehearsal. They get on stage and seem to freestyle. They occasionally move in unison, but generally just stand in their spots doing whatever strikes them. That fits with the message of their song “Budi dijete na jedan dan” (Be a Kid for a Day), since childhood isn’t always about hitting your dance cues! Visually they give us colourful chaos—flashes of white and squiggles of blue, all against a green backdrop.

The girls from #Montenegro do a lot of freestyle dancing. Cute. #jesc2014 #jesc #Eurovision

I have to say that the live is better than the videoclip! XD
