Of course, Eurovision 2020 is no more. Therefore, we’ll never be able to definitively distinguish the tops from the flops.
However, the spirit of the 2020 contest remains very much alive. And there’s absolutely nothing stopping you from deciding on your own favourites.
Precisely who would have qualified is anyone’s guess. But who did you want to see make it? You can listen to each of this year’s first semi-final acts in the playlist below. Da Vidna is so underrated! Sure it’s maybe a little underproduced, but I get an honest vibe from the song
The singer of the band had won the Slavianski Bazaar Competition in 2015, so juries would have rewarded her and Belarus should have participated to the same semi than many slavic country (Russia, Croatia, Ukraine, Slovenia, North Macedonia) and big slavic community in Germany and Italy too, so direct for the Grand Final. I predicted the same situation for Slovenia and Serbia in 2018.
I doubt that Croatia, Slovenia and N.Macedonia would vote for Belarus.
I think she would qualify 🙂

This would have been such a difficult and strong semi, what a shame. But it would also have been very predictable, I think Australia, Azerbaijan, Israel, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Romania, Russia, Sweden and Ukraine would have been the qualifiers.
I think Belgium would be the qualifier, juries would rank it top 3 imo.
