It’s been almost two months since the energetic, high-maintenance event that was Eurovision 2021 — our first Eurovision in two years. Plenty of songs have charted all across the continent (and beyond!) since May. Other songs made it onto playlists of the different streaming platforms. We all had a favourite or two coming into the contest, and many of us left with a different tune stuck in our heads.
Italy’s winning track “Zitti e buoni”, Ukraine’s “SHUM”, Cyprus’ “El Diablo”, and Finland’s “Dark Side”, to name a few, placed well in charts in many countries.
And we can’t get “Mata Hari” from Azerbaijan’s Efendi or Serbia’s “Loco Loco” by Hurricane out of our heads.
This year wasn’t without semi-final fan favourite casualties either — Croatia’s entry “Tick-Tock” and Romania’s “Amnesia” also proved successful with viral Spotify charts after their early elimination.
But now it’s time for you to let us know which Eurovision 2021 songs you are still listening to. So pull out your iPhone and warm up your Spotify playlists to see which tracks you’ve played the most, and then vote in our poll.

Well, I loved lots of songs this year! Victoria even became a somewhat special singer in my playlist: I’ve got three of her songs there, and that’s more than anybody else 😉 But I shouldn’t certainly forget Gjon, Barbara, Go_a, Montaigne (what a power and a range), Eden (those whistles drive me crazy!), Roxen… Greetings and love from Ukraine!!

Exactly, why the 20 downvotes?
There are a lot of them: Belgium, Finland, Iceland, Italy, Lithuania, Ukraine and of course France ! Rotterdam 2021 is beside Kyiv 2005, Baku 2012, Malmö 2013 and Lisbon 2018 my favourite year in this century and even in the Top 10 of the whole history of ESC.

Hello im Bulgarian just like Victoria who sings growing up is getting old and I didn’t rlly like the song i would like to hear other nation’s opinions
Well, as for me, I liked very much the combination of the song’s pacing and melody, the lyrics’ content and her sweet voice; I felt a lot of her emotion.
Nonetheless, judging by the amount of views of her performance and televote points that she got, it seems it missed something to others.
Aside the songs in French, “slower” pacing songs didn’t seem to have done well among the viewers this year imo.
Three of my most listened songs from this year are Finland, Italy and Belgium
By this time of the year I’d find myself having stopped listening to any of the entries, but this year was so full of talent and quality that I still listen to Italy’s, Finland’s and Ukraine’s entries so far 🙂

I’ve been literally watching the grand final performance of “Tout l’univers” every day since then! I’m also still enjoying “Shum” and “The Wrong Place”

I only listen to Zitti e buoni and Last Dance, but I keep returning to performances of SHUM, Tout l’univers and 10 years, not because I love the songs but because I really enjoy the whole package.
Personally, James, Blas, Barbara, Jeangu, Dadi, Manizha, Hurricane, Elena, Montaigne, Leslie are my picks, not a big fan of this year’s winners sorry.

My most played song of the year so far is One Touch by Kadiatou (Sweden) melodifestivalen contestant.
Based on my Spotify charts, it looks like the only Eurovision songs I still actively listen to lately are Mata Hari (first) and El Diablo (11th). There are some national final songs on my recent top tracks list though!

Azerbaijan is killing it. 20th place but 3rd most watched Eurovision video last month
She has to be the most successful act that has ever placed 20th in a grand final.
11 million in the music video + 11 million in the first semi final + 8,5 million in the grand final performance + 5 million in the audio
She was so much better than Moldova, Sweden and many others and deserved much better.

And tbh I expected it to be different. Moldova, Bulgaria and Croatia have long left my top10 and Australia, although it’s an enjoyable song, never stepped into it. So my choices may shock you as much as they shocked me!
